The Master's degree in Human Factors Ergonomics and Information Systems Engineering has given me a great deal. On the one hand, it enabled me to acquire in-depth knowledge of work activity analysis, both in terms of understanding its models and techniques. I'm referring to methods such as observation, conducting interviews, constructing and administering questionnaires, documentary analysis, adapted user tests, expert evaluation and descriptive and inferential statistical tests. In short, this expertise and knowledge are important assets that enable my colleagues and I to stand out from other professionals trained in human factors and information systems design, in the eyes of companies and customers alike.

On the other hand, prospective ergonomics has proved particularly interesting. It enabled me to launch professional projects in the best possible way, and to see them through to the end by constantly combining project prescription/demand and ergonomic analysis of the work.

I spent 2 wonderful years at the institute. The working environment I discovered was very beneficial and without the support of the institute I would never have achieved the results I did. I hope to continue to enjoy the stimulating atmosphere of the institute, in particular by encouraging the integration of post-docs and PhD students.

The DESU Creativity and Innovation has the great advantage of involving a large number of teacher-researchers and professionals specializing in creativity, while presenting interdisciplinary approaches to our students. This multi-disciplinary training program has been received with great involvement and enthusiasm on all sides. The students, who were all highly motivated and dynamic, told us that their experience was both enriching and stimulating. They discovered numerous approaches, facets and methods of creativity. They had the opportunity to apply these theoretical, methodological and practical contributions during an internship in a socio-professional context of their choice. In short, this training enriches their academic and professional careers and, in the words of our students, their personal lives too.

The EFHISI master's degree is currently allowing me to experiment, through the numerous dossiers and weekly oral presentations, in terms of rendering media (PowerPoint, Word, etc.), oral expression and communication in work groups. Thanks to this, I was also able to combine my interests with ergonomics (accessibility and digital) and develop them further.

The skills I acquired during my L3 Research internship in cybersecurity at the PsyClé center with Isabelle Besançon serve me well on a regular basis. Among these, reading scientific articles with a critical mind, as well as bibliographical research, have enabled me to carry out work effectively and efficiently.

My study and research work with Agnès Lellouche-Gounon also enabled me to get a head start on some of the Master's courses, by familiarizing myself with methods such as personas and questionnaires as part of the design of buses adapted to the elderly. Thanks to this experience, I was able to integrate them more easily into my work.

The DESU Creativity & Innovation is a stimulating, interdisciplinary course that has deeply enriched my professional and personal life. Coming from a pedagogical and FLE (Foreign Language Education) background, I discovered new, cross-disciplinary approaches to creativity in these fields, as well as in psychology, philosophy, management, design, art, and the medical field. All these disciplines fit together perfectly, underpinned by a clear guideline to explore creativity in different forms, and stimulate innovation. This training not only enabled me to experiment with concrete techniques, but also to put my own creative potential back into motion, in a setting that was both demanding, considerate, and inspiring. A formative turning point in my professional development. Thank you very much.

EFHISI 's Master's degree provided me with a wide-ranging knowledge of cognitive, organizational and physical ergonomics, as well as solid theoretical and practical training. Thanks to a variety of projects, it prepares me for both research and the professional world, and enables me to work in a wide range of fields, including medical, industrial and public administration.
At the same time, I had the opportunity to get involved in the EEMA Ergonomes Étudiants Master Aix-Marseille association, which encourages student initiative by enabling us to organize conferences, exchange ideas with professionals and strengthen links between classes.

As part of my Training, I had the privilege of doing a work-study placement in User Experience Research at Thales Alenia Space 's Cannes site. My main missions were to help improve internal software in collaboration with developers and managers, to raise awareness of our UX approach within the company and to contribute to the continuous improvement of the UX team. I carried out user research, created mock-ups and organized tests with space engineers. The experience also gave me an insight into the satellite manufacturing process and the chance to talk to experts in the sector. Finally, it was enriching both professionally and personally, thanks in particular to exchanges with my colleagues, the teachers and students in the Master's program, as well as the professionals I met at association events.

The EFHISI master's program offers a holistic approach to the human being at work, developing the skills needed to grasp its complexity. It is distinguished by its generalist approach, covering organizational, physical and cognitive dimensions, with a forward-looking, or unexplored, focus. This multidisciplinary approach opens up a wide range of professional opportunities. It strengthens our capacity for adaptability and flexibility in the workplace. Its dual focus on research and operations gives us a rigorous methodology combining experimental and applied ergonomic approaches.
My work-study placement at Thales Alenia Space in M2 enabled me to apply the theoretical lessons directly in a professional setting, while benefiting from the support of my teachers. In my opinion, this immersion in the field has the advantage of accelerating skills development and facilitating the transition to the professional world.

InCIAM 's funding of my internship gave me my first professional insight into the socio-economic and cultural world. More than just an internship, I was able to work with a multidisciplinary team, each an expert in his or her own field. In particular, I was able to work with a company in the pharmaceutical sector, with highly confidential issues at stake, to develop a study on a problem linked to technological innovations. This link between the professional world and my appetite for rigorous scientific research reinforced my decision to continue in this direction.

During the summer of 2023, I did an internship at the PsyCLÉ laboratory, where I collaborated with InCIAM on a project related to creativity support. My tutors offered me excellent supervision, which enabled me to acquire methodological skills and important knowledge in creativity, a valuable experience for the field of ergonomics.
