The InCIAM institute draws on research teams within 16 research units and connects around 170 staff from Aix-Marseille Université and the CNRS.
Computer science and systems laboratory (LIS)
The InCIAM institute proposes a number of actions to help researchers, teacher-researchers, engineers, postdoctoral students, PhD students and its laboratories, as well as master’s student. Our “Initiation” call for research projects enables the funding of interdisciplinary, inter-laboratory projects with an international scope and the development of relations with the socio-economic and cultural world, aiming to develop an ANR project. Our “Flash” call for projects provides support for interdisciplinary projects or actions proposed by InCIAM members.

I spent 2 wonderful years at the institute. The working environment I discovered was very beneficial and without the support of the institute I would never have achieved the results I did. I hope to continue to enjoy the stimulating atmosphere of the institute, in particular by encouraging the integration of post-docs and PhD students.
